About this position

The Creative Production position involves overseeing video and photo production, ensuring high quality and engaging content for social media platforms. The role requires collaboration with different departments and adherence to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Video & Photo production, from planning, shooting, editing & final product
• Great story telling ability, editing, vision through visual representation and pace in high quality videos.
• Convey a strong message through visual representations that resonate with the intended target audience
• Comply to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
• Collaborate with various divisions to best support their goals
• Coordinate and execute photo & video shoots, driving the internal process on prep, staging, filming and post-shoot editing
• Produce and edit multiple shareable and engaging design, photo, videos on a weekly basis for social media (e.g. Instagram Story, Reels, TikTok and YouTube) by combining footage and graphic assets from a wide range of sources (e.g. reviews by customers on Instagram or TikTok, our own footage, etc.)
• Perform editing work including inserting graphic design, layouting, music, VO, sound effects, color correction & grading, and motion graphic; and iterating based on feedback and data

Requirements

• 1-2 years working experience in the same position.
• Preferable experienced in Beauty Industry / Aesthetics Clinic.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
• Have basic skill in Graphic Design.
• Video shooting ability with a creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with the required software including, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect or Final Cut Pro.
• Skilled in using all types of cameras and has a solid understanding of lighting techniques
• Capable of guiding talent/models and proficient in product styling for photoshoots.
• Familiarity with special effects and animation, proven by a strong portfolio.
• A strong demo reel or design portfolio that best demonstrates your creative skills and aesthetics instincts.
• A strong eye for visual composition and understanding of current trends in related industry.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrates effective time management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive critics.
• Willing to be placed and work in South Jakarta.
