About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaboration: Work with website content managers, marketing operations and CDI XO to understand requirements and timelines.
• Project Planning: Define milestones, assign tasks, and schedule website content rollout to meet deadlines.
• CMS Automation: Streamline content approvals, translations, and publishing within the CMS.
• Content Review: Set up a review process and regular audits for accuracy and relevance.
• Standard Templates: Create templates and documentation for different page types (e.g., home, product, blog).
• Communication: Attend regular meetings and keep the team informed about changes.Establish regular meetings and communication channels for project updates and to foster collaboration among CMS editors.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure content displays correctly and follows the website content strategy.
• Meetings and Communication: EUse tools like Slack and Teams for updates and collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identify and plan for potential risks (e.g. technical issues, translation issues) that could impact project delivery. .
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed records of processes, guidelines, and progress.
