Spares & C&A Planner
About this position
You are a part of Spares & C&A planning team of ANZ responsible for planning inventory for Spare Parts, Consumables & Accessories and will play a vital role in the success of delivering better consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning of inventory in the market/markets with key performance indicators being availability, logistics cost, inventory, backorder recovery lead-time and obsolescence
• Analyze and adjust the parameters in our planning tool to provide the most efficient order proposals
• Coordinate transport bookings for your purchase orders
• Regularly review and report on performance and take actions proactively
• Together with your colleagues, continuously improve the ways of working
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and implement planning related projects and initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply chain management or related field
• 3-5 years relevant working experience, automotive experience is considered an advantage
• SAP experience is required
• Experience with sophisticated planning tools, Syncron inventory is an added advantage
• Understanding of different material planning strategies
• Analytical skills and drive actions based on facts in a structured way
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to deal with people at different levels of an organization both internally and externally
• Takes initiative to solve problems and drive until completion.
• Strong computer application skills. (i.e. Word, Excel, power point, etc.)
• Ability to represent the organization with integrity and professionalism
• Fluent in English both written & spoken
