About this position

Electrolux Group is a leading global appliance company that has shaped living for the better for more than 100 years. The Mechanics Test Technician will execute tests, prepare equipment, and support laboratory activities under supervision, contributing to product development and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests according to agreed instructions, including International and Electrolux internal standards.
• Set up and prepare tests in terms of equipment, samples, area, materials, and any other conditions necessary to properly complete the evaluation.
• Undertake assigned technical tasks of low complexity under the supervision of professional colleagues.
• Use existing procedures to support the daily laboratory activities.
• Work on practical tasks following established procedures with moderate/limited guidance.
• Prioritize and organize own work to deliver to agreed deadlines.
• Apply knowledge/skills to standard day to day activities; understands how the team collaborates with others to accomplish team objectives.
• Main product Fabric Care Development according to product requirements, problem analysis and solving and could be able to support workload according to Dish Care.
• Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• High vocational’s Degree or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge.
• 0-2 years’ experience of relevant experience. This is an entry job for a technical school graduate, a starter job within the company in Engineering or others related field.
• Products knowledge Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, Tumble Dryer and Dish Washer.
• Test Equipment and Data Acquisition.
• Product Mechanics and Noise testing.
• Product Safety.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Problem Solving, Judgement & decision making.
