Responsibilities
• Training Delivery: Conduct impactful training sessions in product and soft skills for various teams, ensuring high engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
• Content Development: Work closely with the Capability Development team to develop and update training content, ensuring it aligns with the latest business requirements and learning objectives.
• Regional Collaboration: Coordinate with regional teams to understand specific learning needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from training sessions and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
• Learning Technologies: Embrace and incorporate learning technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.
• Evaluation: Evaluate training programs, measuring their impact on individual and team performance.
• Collaboration with Capability Development Manager: Work closely with the Regional Capability Development Manager to align training initiatives with broader capability development strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in a regional or multicultural context.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
• Experience in conducting Train the Trainer sessions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with learning technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and diverse environment.
