About this position

As a Product Learning Specialist in our APAC MEA Capability Team, you'll ensure our teams are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in product-related domains. Your role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating product-focused training programs aligned with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive product learning programs, including content creation, instructional materials, and practical learning experiences.
• Delivery and Facilitation: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities focused on product knowledge and skills development.
• Train the Trainer: Establish and execute 'Train the Trainer' initiatives to empower internal instructors in delivering effective product training consistently.
• Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product knowledge gaps and conduct needs assessments. Develop strategies to address identified skill deficiencies.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of product training programs. Gather feedback and continuously refine content and delivery methods for optimal impact.
• Learning Technology Integration: Explore and incorporate innovative learning technologies to enhance the delivery of product training, ensuring a modern and effective learning experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Sales, and other relevant stakeholders to align product training with organizational goals and strategies.
• Coordination with Regional Teams: Collaborate with regional teams to customize product training based on regional nuances and requirements.
• Vendor Management: Work with external vendors to create content and bring in external expertise to enrich product training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering product-focused training programs.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with learning technologies and tools.
• Experience in implementing digital learning solutions.
• Certification in relevant.
