Executive Assistant
About this position
Responsibilities
• Arrange and coordinate all executive travel arrangements and expenses.
• Executive calendar management.
• Support executive time and energy management.
• To prepare and manage internal and external meetings, conference/video meetings, meeting room reservations. Eventually taking notes and follow-up.
• Filling documents, contracts and templates on behalf of the executive(s).
• Process invoices for payment.
• Handle highly sensitive information with integrity and in a confidential manner.
• Administrative duties such as preparing documents for courier, delivery, stationery, faxing, copying, binding.
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s).
• Create and update PowerPoint materials when required.
• Other admin and office management tasks as required.
Requirements

• Project management skills.
• Recent experience from an international environment as a Management/ Executive Assistant with minimum 5 years solid experience supporting senior leaders.
• Experience of professionally managing highly confidential information.
• Experience in handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, office management and/or experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of digital workplace tools (MS Office etc).
• Fluent in English and Thai.
