About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth in the country.
• Drive countries to collect different data – retailer data, promoter data, display data, etc.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics, including revenue, unit sales, market share, and profitability.
• Use multiple data sources to analyze, track, interpret and make clear and concise recommendations on action plans for the Sales and Trade Ops teams to drive sell-out across all product categories.
• Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis to synthesize trends and be able to tell the story behind the numbers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand consumer preferences, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing product assortment, inventory management, and distribution channels based on data-driven insights.
• Support sales team with data-driven decision-making, including customer segmentation, targeting, and territory management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales operations through data analysis and automation.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in clear and concise reports, presentations, and verbal communication.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales analytics and business intelligence.
