Brand Webstore & Focused Channel Manager, Emerging Markets
About this position
The D2C Ecom team at Electrolux is responsible for the direct-to-consumer business across multiple countries and channels. The Brand Webstore & Focused Channel Manager for Emerging Markets will develop branded webstores and focused channel sales, driving growth and delivering on commercial ambitions.
Responsibilities
• Execute Brand webstores strategic plan aligned with the overall company strategy, ensuring rigorous success.
• Partner heavily with BA & market Ecommerce Teams and Cross functions to execute the D2C strategy with excellence.
• Support the expansion of branded webstores by executing campaign and activation plan with high quality.
• Collaborate closely with the head of branded webstores and focused channels to identify business priorities and elaborate action plan.
• Drive the Focused channels sales together with the markets and develop the business through successful and new initiatives.
• Closely monitor and adjust prices according to the strategy.
• Oversee daily webstore operations, including range management, inventory coverage, price approval, photo requirements, SKU management, and delisting non-performing SKUs.
• Monitor and analyze performances from the branded webstores and focused channels.
• Participate to the Continuous Improvement roadmap definition together with the Product team.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize media investments and make sure activations are up to date.
• Collaborate closely with the Website Content and Product teams to ensure an optimal consumer experience on our webstores.
• Develop and drive affiliate sales ensuring a brand relevant and profitable strategy.
• Work closely with the SEO team to optimize visibility of the brand webstores.
• Drive experimentations together with the central, regional, and local teams.
Requirements
• Prior experience in eCommerce management or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in managing webstore operations and marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
