About this position

The Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of the manufacturing engineering team, managing spare parts, coordinating process improvements, and ensuring team performance.

Responsibilities

• Assign and follow up the work for ME and build up the organization of ME.
• Prepare the maintenance and management for spare part plan.
• Coordinate with other departments for preparing the process improvement, layout improvement and arrange the people to responsible.
• Look after for preparing the equipment or tooling or other for ME and Technician (Capex).
• Review the performance of the team.
• To solve and prevent problems.
• Other tasks the Line Manager orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with mechanical engineering or a related specialty.
• At least 5 years’ experience in related process technology (2 year experience in wire harness industry).
• The ability to solve problems and manage a team.
• Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• The background of engineering technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent team player.
• Working under pressure.
• IATF16949, ISO9001, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP training certificate.
