HR Specialist [Compensation & Benefit & Recruit]
About this position
The HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefit & Recruit) is responsible for managing compensation and benefits data analysis, payroll, recruitment management, and ensuring compliance with social security and insurance regulations.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Compensation and benefit all kinds of data analysis of the account.
• Daily / Monthly overall time attendance, payroll.
• Early to wage a preliminary calculation and submit report to the finance department.
• Check the number and the dispatched worker wages.
• Analysis of total wages, the highest wages, the minimum wage.
• Personnel formalities and leave salary calculation.
• To be responsible for the management of social security, insurance and fund.
• According to the employee turnover or recruits for the month to buy social security.
• Check monthly company data with the parameter of social security.
• Follow the employees enjoy social security benefits.
• According to the employee turnover during the month or recruits buy fund.
• Cooperate with government work, regular pay unemployment report, salary survey.
• Performance Appraisal system Personnel changes entry and finishing.
• The promotion, change input system and in the archives.
• Annual Performance Appraisal, change input system and in the archives.
• Recruitment management.
• Summary the number of post requirements and staff requirements.
• Advertisement writing, release position demand information, and good company image propaganda.
• Collect resumes, classify the resume, screening, and communicate target objects by telephone, notify the applicant to come to the interview, make the applicant for a preliminary interview evaluation, and deliver comprehensive evaluation opinions.
• Organize related department personnel assist to complete the further interview, to ensure the job interview to carry out timely and the assessment results conform to the requirements of the job.
• Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment, put forward the reasonable Suggestions of optimizing recruitment system and process, complete the recruitment analysis report.
• Supervisory assignment.
Requirements
• Bachelor or above with majoring in Human Resource or finance accounting is preferred.
• At least 2 years related HR working experience in large foreign –founded enterprise.
• Good command of English in reading and writing.
• Excellent social relation management skills.
• Familiar with recruitment procedures and channels, moreover, have good interview skills ability.
• Excellent team player and Able to work under pressure.
