About this position
The CS Export position is responsible for managing the supply chain and customer service operations, ensuring effective communication between teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction through accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
• Run MPS based on updated order/rolling forecast weekly, then SC run the MRP to have the raw material plan.
• Monitor material plan and production plan to be executed effectively according to requested delivery.
• Good communicate with SC team and Production team to ensure goods to be produced as per plan, also assist to solve the materials shortage issues and capacity issues if needed.
• Input orders’ request/forecast in system timely, to Monitor SC to organize delivery as orders’ request and inform of the delivery information.
• When delivery problems occur and can’t manage to solve internally, coordinate with customers the reschedule to minimize customers unsatisfactory.
• Follow up customers forecast or orders timely, maximize the accuracy of forecast.
• Build & maintain a good relationship with customers, maximize customers’ satisfaction, to win more orders.
• Develop at least 12-month rolling sales forecast and fulfill them, also try hard to make it close to sales budget.
• Pay attention to the FG & obsolete raw material status. And work with customer to find a solution.
• Assist Financial Dept. to collect overdue payment as soon as possible, to avoid holding shipment due to overdue.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in English or related filed.
• At least 3 years related CS working experience and have management capability and can solve problem.
• Familiar with related procedure in manufacturing and good at office software and ERP system.
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong communication skill, trouble-shooting ability, and interpersonal skill.
• Excellent team player & able to work under pressure.
