About this position

This position is responsible for Brand’s social/ digital presence. He/she will be the center of Brand’s content and all communications delivered to consumer including social maintenance as well as influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan campaign content/asset and social content calendar,
• Develop local content and creative assets for campaign communication,
• Tailor Brand stories and leverage contents from local influencers (digital & traditional) on brand’s social media platform (FB/ IG/ Line).
• Ensure that all the communications align with communication strategy and communication message.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and other departments to ensure that all promotional communications are within Brands’ guidelines.
• Manage digital agency relationships, including day-to-day production, as well as schedules and overall expected results
• Monitor Q&A, including direct messages from owned social channel
• Manage accordingly to maintain Brand’s high customer service and satisfaction standard.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields
• 5-8 years (for manager)/ 2-4 years (for executive) of experience in digital communications, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media planning, content marketing or social media.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, consumer products or retail business are preferred
• Detail oriented & think creatively
• Amicable, services-minded, dynamic, and pleasant personality
• Ability to perform multi tasks, meet deadlines, strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer literate and digital savvy
