Corporate Store Operations and Marketing Officer
About this position
The Corporate Store Operations and Marketing Officer is responsible for preparing marketing briefs, coordinating with design teams, and executing marketing campaigns while maintaining customer databases and monitoring marketing analytics.
Responsibilities
• Preparing marketing brief and coordinating with design teams for visuals that align with goals.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and social media posts
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns at both stores and events
• Maintain customer databases and distribute email or direct mail content
• Monitor and report on marketing analytics, such as website traffic and conversion rates
• Analyst market research to support marketing strategies and tactics
• Manage budget tracking and billing processes
• Help to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
• Support the overall corporate store team with administrative tasks as needed
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience. Fresh Graduate is welcomed.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a quick learner
• Business English communication
• Self-driven, energetic, independent, proactive, interpersonal Skill
• Customer service mindset to support both external and internal stakeholders.
