Responsibilities

• Set the overall strategic direction and offer guidance to team members, ensuring a clear understanding of market trends and the company’s vision for the future.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the goals set by the board and shareholders, ensuring alignment with Premier Core Values.
• Plan and execute long-term strategies to fulfill the company’s objectives.
• Design and implement comprehensive business plans to support the company’s success through cost-effective operations and market expansion efforts.
• Oversee and manage company performance in all areas to ensure strategic goals and business targets are met.
• Monitor financial performance, investments, and other ventures to maintain a healthy growth trajectory.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and supervise executives, providing guidance and motivation to maximize performance.
• Anticipate and analyze potential future challenges, creating preventive solutions to support the company’s success.
• Foster and sustain long-term, trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with top management to evaluate potential for new initiatives and risk assets, offering optimal solutions.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in market segments to boost profitability and long-term sustainability.
• Enhance and promote a company culture that aligns with corporate values.
• Lead and implement best practices for corporate governance and ethical business conduct

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in top management roles.
• Proven success in managing organizations of similar size and scope.
• Extensive experience in developing strategic and business plans.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and forces that impact the company.
• Knowledgeable in corporate law and best management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to manage and lead people effectively.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
