Associate Consultant (Continuous Improvement/Lean)
About this position
Responsibilities
● Take responsibility for managing multiple projects.
● Deliver regular status reports to the client's management team.
● Support in executing solutions by hands-on approaches to achieve project goals.
● Create and apply solutions to help businesses grow by improving their structure, leadership, and team management.
● Lead, direct teams, and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
● Facilitate the collaborative examination of the possible outcomes of process improvement projects with the team; focus the team on safety, quality, and productivity.
● Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to grasp their concerns, design change plans, and gain acceptance for the team's proposed solutions.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS or Business is preferred.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills in Thai and English.
● 3-5 work experience in Lean Implementation, CI (Continuous Improvement), or Operational Excellence would be great.
● Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
● Not afraid of trying and learning.
● Strong Analytical Skills and Problem Solver.
● Extensive travel will be required to continue in this position.
● Have own car with driving license.
