About this position

The Super User Trakcare (Pharmacy) position involves identifying and analyzing pharmacy-related business issues, providing technical support for system improvements, and facilitating the implementation of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze Pharmacy related business issues, such as Inpatient, Outpatient, Critical Area, Inventory, etc
• Provide technical and analytical support for improvement system or process in each area
• Facilitate the design, testing, training and implementation of new system / process or improved the current system
• Coordinate with hospital operational and IT team to evaluate current system / process and refreshment courses needed

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacist
• 3 years of experiences in Hospital as Pharmacist
• Have a good experiences in using TrakCare system, preferable experienced as TrakCare Super User in Hospital.
• Strong knowledge about patient service workflow in Hospital
• Strong analytical thinking and good at communication skill
• Have a good ability to analyze and mapping data, create meeting notes in each project discussion, make a report and presentation
• Good ability in using Microsoft Office and Hospital system
• Frequent travel to all sites within Hospital group is required based on project needs
