About this position

As Organization Development Manager at Eigerindo MPI, your primary responsibility is to oversee and integrate the full spectrum of talent management activities—from attracting and recruiting top talent to developing, retaining, and engaging employees. You will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s workforce strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning talent initiatives with Eigerindo MPI long-term business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and organization development roles.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, organizational behavior, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align talent initiatives with business goals.
• Experience in managing and leading change initiatives.
• Proficiency in using HR and talent management tools and software.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for fostering a positive and dynamic organizational culture.
• Work from Eigerindo Head Office in Kab. Bandung.
