Organization Development & Performance Officer
About this position
As an Organization Development Officer at Eigerindo MPI, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and evaluate organizational development strategy, and Strategic Workforce Planning that enhance the overall effectiveness and growth of the company.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development strategy.
• Manage performance management system (PMS).
• Conduct Job Design (Job Analysis, Job Description).
• Create standards of performance evaluation instruments.
• Work closely with blessing leaders and various departments to identify development needs.
• Streamline processes.
• Cultivate a thriving organizational culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 3 years experience in organizational development, change management, or a similar role.
• Able to use various apps (Excel-Pivot-Macro, Tableau, Visio, SQL Query).
• Good interpersonal, excellent communication skills with Leaders.
• Strong understanding of Performance Management System, cascading and its review cycle.
• Familiar with Sunfish/Greatday, WLA, FTE, Change Management, Job Evaluation (Mercer/Hayy), Job Grading, Workforce Planning.
• Work from Eigerindo MPI Head Office in Kab. Bandung.
