Learning Program Design
About this position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning Program Design to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and review the activities of various development programs within the company, ranging from microlearning design, learning storyline development, program modules, IDP (planning, monitoring, and evaluation), knowledge management programs, to the effectiveness evaluation of development programs for both soft and technical competencies, with the aim of producing development programs aligned with the company's business strategy.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will get to :
• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning program design framework.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including microlearning modules, and e-learning courses.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure the timely delivery of learning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality learning programs.
Requirements
What you will Need to Succeed :
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or Management
• 5+ years of experience in People Development within the retail/distribution industry
• Proven ability to conduct TNAs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate program effectiveness
• Skilled in developing and managing knowledge management systems
• Strong understanding of SOPs and competency frameworks in retail settings
• Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing development and leadership programs
• Willing to work at our Head Office in Bandung
