About this position

The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the operational management of human resources in the Jabodetabek area, managing end-to-end HR processes, and ensuring effective and efficient operational services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review the operational management of human resources in the Jabodetabek area
• Manage end-to-end HR processes including Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, HR Administration, and termination processes
• Ensure effective and efficient operational services

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field is a plus
• Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage data
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Communicative
• Good analytical skills
• Proactive
• Willing to travel to stores in the area
• Placement in Depok
