About this position

The HSE Officer will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating all Health & Safety Environment management in the company, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the management of Health & Safety Environment in the company
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations
• Manage P2K3, ERT, and K3 facilities
• Ensure company compliance with HSE regulations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE/K3 (in manufacturing/retail industry)
• Certified Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum)
• Good knowledge of Safety & Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Risk Management, and Emergency Management
• Knowledge of automation systems ASRS/PLC/HMI
• Insight and skills in K3 audit processes
• Ability to analyze and provide data-based conclusions/recommendations
• Good communication skills
• Willing to be placed at Warehouse EIGER Kalijati Subang
