EIGER Adventure is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support and service to customers via online platforms and phone, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
• Customer Assistance: Respond to inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls professionally.
• Issue Resolution: Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products and services.
• Order Management: Assist with orders, tracking shipments, and returns.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and relay feedback to relevant departments.
• Sales Support: Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other agents and departments for efficient service.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Empathy, patience, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for fashion and EIGER’s products.
