About this position

As the CRM In-App Marketing Officer at Eigerindo MPI, your primary responsibility is to develop, execute, and optimize Digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase user retention.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage in-app marketing campaigns that align with Eigerindo MPI overall marketing strategy. Ensure campaigns are targeted, personalized, and effective in driving user engagement and conversions.
• Cross-Channel Engagement: Master and utilize cross-channel customer engagement platforms such as Insider and MoEngage to create cohesive and integrated marketing experiences across various touchpoints within the app.
• Customer Segmentation: Analyze user data to identify key customer segments and tailor marketing efforts to meet the unique needs and preferences of each segment. Ensure personalized communication that resonates with the target audience.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of in-app marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve user experience, and maximize ROI.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and messages. Implement learnings from tests to refine and enhance future campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the brand marketing and design teams to ensure that in-app marketing initiatives are aligned with product features and overall brand messaging.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of in-app marketing efforts to senior management. Use analytics to demonstrate the impact of campaigns on user engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in in-app marketing. Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance customer engagement and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in in-app marketing, mobile marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in cross-channel customer engagement platforms such as Insider, MoEngage, or similar tools.
• Able to use various apps (Excel-Pivot-Macro, Tableau)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
