About this position

Within Egis Design Center in Thailand, you supervise the Power Supply team for the acquisition and delivery of Projects assigned by the group, across the world.

Responsibilities

As a Manager of the Power Supply team within EDCT, you are expected to:
• Lead and organizer Power designs and calculations within implementation and renewal projects
• Lead and Train a team of design engineers, comprising if necessary BIM and CAD operators;
• Manage the design production, in terms of Quality, timelines and budget;
• Manage the relationship with the client and other stakeholders;
• Participate to tenders technical proposal and business development actions
• Coordinate with the head-office technical team for which the design center is developing its competencies
• Establishes and participates to R&D actions
• Providing guidance, training, and feedback with other related disciplines and skills, locally and across Asia.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Master Degree in Electrical or Electrotechnics Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Power Supply Design (traction, High Voltage distribution, Low Voltage) for Railways Projects
• Qualified professional working under limited supervision capable of performing technical studies
• Ability to work in an International Context – Outstanding English (oral & writing)
• Relevant experience in handling, leading and checking power conceptual and detailed designs for greenfield and brownfield projects.
