About this position

The HR and Payroll Specialist - SEA is responsible for managing the monthly payroll process and operations in the Southeast Asia region, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees, and overseeing various HR functions related to compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manages monthly payroll process and operations in SEA with payroll vendor to ensure on time and accurate payments to employees and relevant reports (Payroll reports, Social Security filings, Provident fund documents are submitted on time and accurately)
• Ensure the update of employment information(e.g. personal data in Oracle, allowance information, bank account, personal income tax, salary adjustment and annual bonus) in the payroll system
• Issue employment certificate and report upon requested
• Handle employee’s offboarding for the final payment and communicate with Finance and Payroll Vendor
• Handle employee’s onboarding processes
• Responsible for overall Compensation and Benefits program e.g, Conduct salary surveys.
• Support and advise management and HRBP’s in the area of compensation and benefits to ensure alignment and best practice
• Monitor and analyze external market developments in C&B through active participation in relevant industry networks, as well as participation in compensation and benefits surveys and benchmarking studies
• Support negotiations with employee representatives related to compensation and benefits
• Prepare recommendations regarding employee-related cost, direct Labour, and contractor’s costs and/or related expense that impact to business performance
• Other special projects as assigned by HR Business Partner

Requirements

• At least hold Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related fields
• Proven experience of progressive relevant work experience in HRM; compensation & benefits.
• Strong Communication and good coordinator skill
• Knowledge of Human Resources Management & Labor laws and regulations
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Advance Computer literacy skills, especially MS Office and Excel Program
