About this position

The Coordinator (Engineering Project) will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and providing administrative support to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Consultant team and RID.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of project reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project staff, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Translation and interpretation between Thai and English as required.
• Address any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates on project status and any changes.
• Foster strong relationships with the RID and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and support project success.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Support the project team with logistical arrangements, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating travel.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Water resources beneficial, however not essential.
• Recent graduate or entry level experience in coordination, project admin or similar.
• Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships.
• Previous experience of translation and interpretation would be a plus.
