About this position
Responsibilities
âĒ To work on the design of Mechanical for hotel, residential, industrial, and commercial projects
âĒ Preparation of design calculation and design sketches and check design drawing
âĒ Preparation of specifications, equipment schedules, design proposals, and other documentation related to design works in English/Thai languages
âĒ Coordinate with: project managers, architects, clients, other engineers, Cost estimator and CAD / BIM staffs
âĒ Preparation of report at any design stage
âĒ Preparation of study and design presentation
âĒ Managing multiple projects against time and resource requirements
Requirements
âĒ Bachelorâs or Masterâs Degree
âĒ Registered Thai Professional license
âĒ Positive attitude, pro-active, ability to learn, strong leadership and a good team player
âĒ Good technical computer skills such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Cooling Load Calculation Program, Elevate, BIM, Revit.
âĒ Experience with local and international codes/standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, ASPE, CIBSE, NEC, IEC, BS, EIT standards
âĒ Good written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
âĒ Willing to occasionally travel to nearby countries
