About this position

Ecosure - a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in food safety and brand protection, is rapidly expanding globally. We are looking for contractors/freelance Food Safety Auditors in Indonesia (Bali/Jakarta) to provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help our clients maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct food safety, brand standards and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations
• Consult, coach and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices
• Work with account management teams to resolve client challenges
• Perform a budgeted number of audits weekly that ensures high customer satisfaction
• Access and leverage industry leading food safety practices and ongoing, active monitoring of health inspection information
• Provide accurate reporting and ensure effective customer communication and relationships

Requirements

• Level 4 Food Safety qualification
• Experience in food service/hygiene industry
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on business needs
• A valid driver's license
• Food safety certifications preferred, such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC or NEHA (RS, REHS or CP-FS) credentials
• Retail food safety experience and reviews of brand standards
• Teaching or coaching experience in a food related field
• Strong relationship management and advanced consulting skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively without supervision, demonstrate initiative, common sense and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines
