About this position

We are seeking a detail oriented and dynamic individual to manage the technical aspects of the Procurement and P2P systems in our Global HQ in Nonthaburi, Thailand. In this global role you will champion procurement related ERP activities across the entire East-West Seed Group, fostering a culture of shared understanding. The Procurement and Analytics Officer aims to ensure that colleagues feel informed and empowered across procurement activities enabling us to effectively support smallholder farmers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Leverage on strategy and competencies to drive a Procurement technology & analytics agenda that addresses challenges, capitalizes on opportunities, and fosters a leading-edge organization by keeping a pulse on the latest in the industry, researching innovations, collecting best practices, and observing trends
• Realize the expected business value of the technology investments and drive the development lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction, including the integration of the Procurement function to the analytics roadmap
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Stakeholder's requirement for prioritization, resource allocation, and clarity in order to provide analytical insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
• Lead the country Procurement teams in the tracking and reporting of KPI performance, project forecasting, tracking, implementation, and outcome to ensure that the level of engagement is maintained consistently in high standards
• Lead the innovation of Procurement solutions through the conceptualization, design, roll out, communication of ordering platform processes, policies, procedures, workflow & instruction, rules & regulations, matrixes & diagrams, and the like functional tools

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or equivalent field of study
• Proven work experience within the procurement function, specializing in order processing and digital systems for at least five years
• Experience in managing performance reporting from multiple source points and with proficiency in office-related applications for documentation, presentations, spreadsheets
• Experience with leading ERP software systems that helps run entire businesses, which particularly support automation and processes in procurement
• Strong project management, communications and leadership skills
• Comfortable with numbers and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
• Solid judgment with ability to make good and quick analysis
