About this position

The Master Planner’s role is responsible for planning management of cleaning, coating, packing and packaging material for both of plant BBT & SPP with the optimum utilisations of available capacity, resources in alignment with cross functions to improve the service level to customers while maintaining the cost part/Opex.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of planning raw materials, packaging materials and packing scheduling and delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with relevant functions both the Demand and supply side, the Plant processing and also QA to achieve smooth supplies to customers.
• Monitor batch utilization/FIFO by monitoring and recommending seed batches for seed coating and finished goods packing.
• Synchronize supply chain e.g, inventory, Sales/demand, quality, logistics, etc.
• Monitor and measure plant performance, and share the results with team for improvement.
• Identify process and resource constraints and address it properly and on time with plant manager.
• Clearly and effectively communicate about goals and objectives.
• Proactively approach team with the solution team if there is the risk.
• Support management in implementation of S&OP concept.
• Other assignments directly by the Processing Plant Manager.
• Focus on timely completion of processing to export the seeds to SISCO and coordinate with the EXIM team.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters in Supply Chain and Logistics or related fields from an accredited institution.
• 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing environment, Agro or FMCG preferred out of which 3 years’ experience working in a multinational company with international reporting relationships.
• Strong experience in production planning and scheduling, MRP, MPS.
• Have direct experiences in ERP system.
• Understand S&OP concept will be advantage.
• Demonstrated written and verbal fluency in English.
