The company structure is divided into sale and service departments. The first company, Earth Line Co., Ltd, is responsible for sale and service of all medical devices and supplies. The company concentrates on marketing and sale of imported products that have high quality and reasonable price. The second part of business is conducted by Zenas Technology Co., Ltd. which specialize on sale and service of diagnostic devices and supplies.

About this position

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team of product specialists, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product specialists, setting performance goals and providing guidance.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product strategies.
• Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Collaborate with team members to organise brand presentations.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Liaise with product development team to ensure products meet market demands.
• Product Training: Develop and conduct training programs for team members and healthcare professionals on product features and benefits.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and product adoption, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are often preferred.
• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in medical sales, product management, or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical devices or pharmaceuticals, including industry regulations and market dynamics.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Key Competencies: Strategic thinking, Negotiation skills, Problem-solving, Adaptability.
