Earth Line Co., Ltd was established in 1995. Our business firstly focused on devices and supplies for medical treatment and diagnosis. The company structure is divided into sale and service departments. The first company, Earth Line Co., Ltd, is responsible for sale and service of all medical devices and supplies. The company concentrates on marketing and sale of imported products that have high quality and reasonable price. The second part of business is conducted by Zenas Technology Co., Ltd. which specialize on sale and service of diagnostic devices and supplies.

About this position

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายเครื่องมือแพทย์มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการจัดการทีมขายและการตลาด รวมถึงลูกค้าโรงพยาบาลและลูกค้าในฐานะตัวแทนจำหน่าย โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนกลยุทธ์การขายและการตลาดเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตของธุรกิจและบรรลุเป้าหมายรายได้.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and oversee sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Enhance brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Product Development, Customer Service) to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nurse, Bio-engineer, Medical technology, and related field (MBA preferred).
• 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
