The Dokter position is responsible for managing the company clinic, providing healthcare services to employees and their families, conducting health education, planning for occupational safety and health activities, coordinating health activities within the company, and preparing reports related to the plantation clinic.
Responsibilities
• Bertanggungjawab atas klinik perusahaan termasuk perencanaan pengadaan, pengawasan jumlah dan jenis obat.
• Memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada karyawan kebun dan keluarganya.
• Memberikan penyuluhan untuk peningkatan kualitas kesehatan di perkebunan.
• Melakukan perencanaan untuk mendukung kegiatan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.
• Melakukan koordinasi atas kegiatan kesehatan dilingkungan perusahaan.
• Membuat reporting terkait dengan Poliklinik Kebun.
Requirements
• Minimal S-1 Kedokteran.
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai dokter perusahaan.
• Memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) yang masih berlaku dari Komite Kedokteran Indonesia (KKI), Hiperkes, ATLS, ACLS
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kalimantan Selatan
