About this position
Responsibilities
• Pendidikan Diploma / S1 Pertanian dan Perkebunan
• 4 tahun pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit
• Pengalaman dan pengetahuan intensif di seluruh aspek Perkebunan Sawit (LC, pembibitan, pemeliharaan area TBM & TM, panen).
• Memahami masalah EMS & EHS, RSPO, Pengembangan Masyarakat, Hubungan dengan Instansi Pemerintah serta masalah kemitraan / Plasma.
• Ketrampilan alokasi sumber daya termasuk keuangan demi efisiensi beaya.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kalimantan Timur
Requirements
