Key Account Manager
About this position
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Plan sales strategy and promotion within agreed budget and operation excellent
• Analyze sales plan, promotion effectiveness (ROI), competitor movement
• Negotiating and handling objection both internal and external customer
• Managing and achieve sales target in Modern Trade
• Sales demand forecast according to promotion plan
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business and Administration or higher
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Key Account Manager FMCG experience in 7-Eleven is preferable
• Strong collaboration with cross functional team
• Strong negotiation and strong analytical skill (analyze data Ac Nielsen)
• Strong leadership, customer focus and relationship management
• Good command in English and computer literacy
• Having skills of sales management, business concept and Presentation
