About this position
The Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) is responsible for developing business opportunities and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services to key accounts.
Responsibilities
• Develop business and opportunity and good selling skill.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. CS, Demand, Warehouse) to ensure successful delivery of products and services to accounts.
• Monitoring and analyzing key account performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.
• Work with the customer buyer and store staff to improve the operation effectiveness, develop category and generate the business opportunity.
• Manage in-store operation excellence, normal shelf, and promotion.
• Monitor category and product performance versus targets on a daily basis.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Key Account, Sales, Customer Relationship, Customer Support or online work, Delivery platform, E-commerce will be an advantage FMCG business is preferable.
• Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation skill.
• Good at communication and negotiation skills Able to solve immediate problems and work according to the goals set.
• Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good command in English.
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
