About this position
The Brand Manager is responsible for analyzing brand positioning, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing marketing campaigns to drive consumer engagement and brand growth.
Responsibilities
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
• Finding the opportunity to create NPD to survey market needed.
• Co-ordinate with people that internal and external the company for work has success.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven brand management experience in relevant Food & Beverage or Consumer Product
• Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Have experience in NPD project is advantage
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Able to work in multitasking functions and can work under pressure
• Good command of English
