About this position

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Portfolio Management at Dusit International. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans for our portfolio of properties, ensuring they align with our overarching business objectives. This position offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the property portfolio, aligning with the company's business goals.
• Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify both opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
• Regularly evaluate the performance and profitability of existing properties/investments and recommend improvements or divestiture as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate the Budget planning cycle of Dusit International's overall businesses in conjunction with various departments.
• Manage the acquisition and integration of new properties, including conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of portfolio management strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in portfolio management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Property Management, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market changes and think long-term.
• Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software.
