About this position

The Senior HR Manager at Dusit Foods will provide strategic leadership to the HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a positive workplace through effective policy development and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Sets clear objectives for the HR team, monitors progress, and aligns HR initiatives with company goals.
• Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and implement policies that foster a positive workplace and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Develops competitive compensation and benefit packages to attract and retain top talent.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversees the entire recruitment process, identifies skill gaps, and implements training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Performance Management: Collaborates with managers to discuss employee career development paths and monitors key HR metrics to evaluate performance.
• Budget Management: Reviews departmental budgets and ensures cost-effective HR operations.
• Employee Relations: Ensures prompt resolution of employee requests and grievances, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
• Be the point of contact for HR service and policy implementation for a certain department.
• Generate HR reports and assist in other ad-hoc HR projects as MD assigns.

Requirements

• 7 years or more of solid experience in HRBP, HRM.
• Experiences in the Business eg, e.g., & service is desirable.
• Strong HR understanding, such as HR Business Partner, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Law, and Regulation Compliance.
• Good communication skills are excellent.
• Manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
• Verbal and written English abilities are desired.
