About this position

Dusit Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our ultra-luxury property portfolio. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in luxury real estate to join a leading name in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) both locally and internationally.
• Lead and inspire the Sales Team to achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
• Actively engage in selling properties, representing the company to prospective buyers/investors and VIP clients.
• Establish competitive pricing models based on market analysis and demand.
• Create strategic sales plans to ensure consistent progress throughout the sales process.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with elite clients, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
• Drive after-sales initiatives and implement CRM tools to foster long-term client relationships and exceed expectations.
• Build and nurture relationships with agents and influential networks locally and internationally.
• Develop and maintain a prestigious brand identity aligned with the ultra-luxury property market.
• Oversee all marketing communications, both online and offline, and produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Lead the organization of exclusive showcases and events, and engage in PR activities to secure placements in leading publications.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance products and services, ensuring competitiveness and appeal to ultra-luxury buyers/investors.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the Sales & Marketing Team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve sales goals and enhance overall performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within the luxury property industry.
• Deep understanding of luxury property sales, branding, and marketing strategies.
• Proven track record in direct sales, consistently achieving or exceeding personal and team targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English (Chinese language proficiency is a plus).
• Creative, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong planning and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel/stay upcountry during sales and marketing activities and work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
