Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients and related parties through various communication channels.
• Maintain a service-oriented mindset as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Execute onsite and offsite sales processes, including participation in local and overseas exhibitions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within designated timeframes.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Design sales tours and scripts, deliver compelling sales presentations, and coordinate with assigned sales agents.
• Attend to clients' needs and inquiries, offering suitable solutions and personalized recommendations.
• Prepare and review relevant documents before presenting them to clients.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the Department Head to ensure all matters are addressed and resolved appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client databases.
• Generate individual reports for analysis and discussion.
• Maintain thorough records of all communications, documents, and correspondence with clients and agents.
• Prepare daily and necessary reports.
• Collaborate with other teams (Accounting, Project, Procurement, Legal) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in routine and assigned tasks.
• Continuously seek to improve procedures to enhance client service and communication.
• Monitor the market and report on the sales performance of competitive projects.
• Ensure the Sales Gallery and office are well-maintained and presentable for client visits.
• Adhere to sales processes, team rules, and company regulations.
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in selling high-end properties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English (Chinese language proficiency is an advantage).
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong ability to meet targets and tight deadlines.
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and positive attitude toward people and situations.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
