About this position
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Managers with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits for clients.
• Manage and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Track sales progress and generate reports for analysis.
Administrative Tasks:
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Manage calendars and schedules for the sales team.
• Prepare and process sales contracts and other related documents.
• Maintain organized and accessible filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Marketing Support:
• Assist with marketing activities, such as preparing brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Coordinate events and exhibitions.
• Update social media platforms and website content.
Other Duties:
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Department Head.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales administration or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
