About this position

The Purchasing Manager at Dusit Gastro is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, procuring, and managing supplier relationships for high-quality marketing materials and packaging solutions, ensuring compliance with company standards and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-quality marketing materials, including printed materials (brochures, flyers, posters), promotional items, and digital assets.
• Source innovative and cost-effective packaging solutions that meet the company's needs and sustainability goals.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of reliable suppliers for marketing materials and packaging.
• Negotiate competitive prices and favorable terms with suppliers.
• Establish and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Manage the procurement process for marketing materials and packaging, from requisition to delivery.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all procured goods and services meet the company's standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve any quality issues.
• Identify and implement cost optimization strategies for marketing materials and packaging.
• Analyze market trends and identify potential cost savings opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on sourcing marketing materials and packaging.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
