About this position

Dusit Estate Company Limited is seeking an experienced Manager - Quantity Survey to join our dynamic team. As a full-time position based in Bangkok, this role will play a crucial part in overseeing the quantity surveying functions for our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain bills of quantities, cost estimates, and other quantity surveying documents
• Analyse and evaluate construction costs, contracts, and tender submissions
• Provide expert advice and support to project teams on quantity surveying matters
• Manage and coordinate the work of quantity surveying staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Monitor and report on project budgets and cost performance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Manager in the construction industry
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and construction project management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in using quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
• Understanding of construction regulations, standards, and best practices
