Sales Manager - Property Development (Dusit Estate)

About this position

The Sales Manager - Property Development (Dusit Estate) is responsible for managing sales processes, developing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information through all communication channels to clients and related parties, maintaining a service-oriented mindset as the primary point of contact.
• Execute both onsite and offsite sales processes, including participation in local and overseas exhibitions, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded within the designated time frame.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including designing sales tours and scripts, delivering sales presentations, and coordinating with assigned sales agents to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend to clients’ needs and responses to accurately identify and offer suitable solutions, including preparing and reviewing relevant documents before sending them to clients.
• Manage inquiries and resolve issues, discussing them with the Department Head to ensure all matters are addressed and appropriately resolved.
• Accurately record and maintain confidential client databases, generating individual reports for further analysis and discussion.
• Maintain thorough records of all communications, handling documents and correspondence with clients and agents, and preparing daily and necessary reports.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams (e.g., Accounting, Project, Procurement, Legal) to ensure the accuracy of routine and assigned tasks, continuously seeking to improve procedures to better serve clients and enhance communication within and outside the team.
• Monitor the market and report on the sales performance of competitive projects.
• Ensure the Sales Gallery and office are well-maintained and always prepared to welcome clients.
• Adhere to sales processes, team rules and company regulations.
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in selling high-end properties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English (Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.)
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work effectively under pressure, with a strong ability to meet targets and tight deadlines
• Strong planning and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable and positive attitude toward people and situations, with the ability to learn quickly
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in computer literacy, particularly in MS Office, with a keen attention to detail
• Willingness to stay upcountry during the sales period and work overtime, including weekends, as needed
