The Technical Change Coordinator Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating technical changes within the organization, ensuring timely implementation and compliance with relevant documentation and standards.
• Ensure all relevant technical change documents are available at the due date.
• Prepare every PM changes analysis documents.
• Monitoring of internal and external technical change is carried out properly.
• Every PM change order test program.
• Attend 8D-Meetings and support with follow-up and implementation actions.
• Support other departments in problem analysis and corrective actions.
• Regular check and filling of KPI reports.
• Ensure technical changes are implemented are correct and on-time.
• Ensure BOM is updated and corrections are done if necessary.
• Analyze and fix errors / Issues in co-operation with contact persons in Germany, Romania or other DRAEXLMAIER company worldwide.
• Ensure cleanness and tidiness in assigned engineering working areas.
• Sign and release board (work shop request from engineering side) after change implementation is done.
• Conduct/Lead PM Change Meeting on time.
• Distribute the necessary documents to other department during PM Change Meeting.
• Conduct daily follow-up meeting during Changes Implementation Phase.
• Supports production and quality in implementation of technical change and new projects.
• Elaborate FMEA with support of an interdisciplinary team.
• Supports new Project work.
• To verify material specifications from engineering side.
• Attend Major PU Changes and new project fitment test at customer.
• Modification of drawing if necessary.
• Translate 1:1 dwg information & WI which is used globally.
• Make Internal WI if global WI is not available.
• Activities required for Industrial Engineering.
• Bachelor degree of Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical and related field.
• 0-3 years of experience of automotive systems.
• Ability in staff leadership and can run technical project.
• Good in English both of Writing, Speaking and good in computer literate.
