About this position

Responsible for all day-to-day finance operations including receipts, payments, cash advanced and reimbursements, as well as cash flow management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all day-to-day finance operations including receipts, payments, cash advanced and reimbursements, as well as cash flow management and forecasting.
• Manage and control all cashiers and petty cash.
• Ensure all daily cash receipts are accurate and handled safely.
• Prepare daily and weekly cash flow report and bank reconciliation.
• Manage monthly invoicing and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle data entry tasks, update financial records and maintain organized documentation.
• Conduct and participate in the cash count at each cashier location on a regular basis.
• Verify all data interfacing from other systems to SAP for all Revenue transactions.
• Prepare and issue receipts and related financial documents when payments are made.
• Ensure the organization has sufficient cash flow to run its operation through weekly and monthly forecasting.
• Inform the management in advance of any shortfall foreseen.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by the supervisor and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related fields.
• At least 5 years' experience in operation finance and cashier managements.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality and wellness is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax and other taxation requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such advanced Microsoft Office, especially the excel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and control the cashier team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to all details.
• Ability to learn and adapt to processes and software changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
