Marketing Strategist (Senior/Manager)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company’s website to ensure a strong online presence and user experience.
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns such as print ads, billboards, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create impactful marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.).
• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and external agencies, to drive marketing initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing staff to achieve team goals.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all marketing activities.
Requirements
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
• A proficiency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry (experience in equivalent project’s segmentation to Eden Estate portfolio-luxury residential project and in public company is preferable).
• Experience is branding, public relation, design and construction in the real estate industry is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
