Project Administration Manager (SAP)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Review payments before approval.
• Review all submitted documents and consider further submission to the relevant department for approval.
• Check budgets for each project you are responsible for to initiate work and transfer budgets.
• Contact government agencies to apply for various permissions.
• Participate in reviewing TOR documents, conditions, and checking the scope of work.
• Check warranties and process work guarantee refunds when the warranty period expires.
• Pay utility bills for construction projects, unsold rooms, common areas, etc.
• Coordinate with the legal department to prepare government documents, employment contracts, and power of attorney letters.
• Coordinate/negotiate project price comparisons, process PR-PO tasks, and request quotations as assigned by supervisors.
• Coordinate the establishment of legal entities and organize the annual general meetings of legal entities.
• Prepare the annual budget plan.
• Coordinate meetings, facilitate discussions, and prepare cost comparisons with analysis and negotiation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting).
• At least 1-3 years of experience working with the SAP system, particularly in the real estate industry.
• Understanding of SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), or FI (Financial Accounting).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have knowledge of SAP program.
